THERE ARE ACCESSBILE TOILETS AT THE VENUE

FOH service using handheld tills will be provided.

Due to the nature of the event there will be flashing lights and strobe effects on the stages. Lasers may be used for some performances.

The main entrance to the site is suitable for accessible customers; it is open Wednesday – Sunday. Within the event there are ramps to access all areas of the site.

We understand that a hidden disability is not immediately apparent. If you would like support or advice inside our event our Event Manager’s will be the main point of contact and are available to talk to throughout the event, just ask any member of staff. We welcome assistance dogs to the event, as long as they have been specifically trained to assist with your impairment and behave in a way that is appropriate around other customers.

The event is on a hard-standing tarmac area, ramps are available to most areas of the site with the exception of the Garden area. Weather and ground conditions may be variable.

A personal assistance ticket is made available to customers requiring assistance in order to attend the event. If you require a PA ticket please purchase your own ticket and then apply for a PA ticket by emailing info@betweenthebridges.co.uk
